Original Artwork Return Policy
Please unpack carefully and retain all packaging until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase.
From the time you receive your original artwork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.
We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from Tina Bradley Ackley and are not fully satisfied, you have:
Seven (7) days to contact us about your intent to return the work
Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork. ***Do not ship the artwork before contacting us.***
If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)
What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged
Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email art@tbackley.com to give us your order information.
Step 2 – Save original packaging!
Step 3 – Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to art@tbackley.com
Step 4 – Tina Bradley Ackley will contact you to discuss next steps.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the time the work was received and 3 days notification including photos of the damaged item. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full or partial refund. Exchanges will only be offered for damaged gift card sets and prints with original purchase returned to Tina Bradley Ackley.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where refunds will NOT be granted:
- Undamaged, original artwork.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Returns / Cancellations
Artwork is non-returnable if you purchase a work, and decide that you do not want the artwork. Furthermore, please know that outright returns at the end of an exhibition, or at any other time, are just not possible. Please also note that once a payment plan has been entered into, all payments made are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
We take the utmost care in our efforts to provide delivery without incident, and only use reliable, professional carriers who also package the artwork. Nevertheless, even with the best intentions, unexpected mishaps occur. Please examine packaging and goods on arrival before signing for them. If the packaging is damaged, decline the package and have the shipper send back to us.
We will refund the full purchase price including postage and packing of any goods which are delivered in a damaged or faulty condition unopened.
We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund/replacement item and to recover the cost of the returns delivery from you in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for international returns.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Tina Bradley Ackley. Full disclosure of artist’s address will be provided during notification call from buyer with the intent to return purchased artwork. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
